Premium Translations

We guarantee that the contents of our translations are accurate, as the work is only performed by native speakers of the target language. However, for texts which will be published – such as advertisements, business reports, and Websites – the quality standards are exceptionally high, as stylistic nuances and image are often critical aspects. In such cases, it makes sense to have the text proofed again by a different, independent native-speaker proof-reader, as is often done for source-language texts as well.

Naturally, this costs more money and takes more time, and thus it is neither necessary nor expedient for most translations, where the emphasis tends to be more on understanding, speed and price. Accordingly, additional proofreading of the work is not normally part of the services rendered with the translations which we prepare and must be agreed upon separately, if needed. We are also able to adapt translations linguistically: for example, a text written by an American is different in terms of style and content than a text written by a German which is then translated. In order to adapt the text, however, DEMAN requires your permission for the translator to render a less literal translation of the source text.
